A NOTE FROM GARY L JOHNSON
I had the joy to go and see Brian Conley in Milton Keynes 2025 panto and what could
I say... He was amazing! I had already seen in many many years ago in
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and thought he was amazing. A few years later I re-connected
with him when he appeared in Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow. Since that day (when I
thought once again he was so funny) I would follow his career and found out quickly his love
and commitment to pantomime. Due to working away or at the same time I never had the chance to see Brian in panto but heard from so many people every year how amazing he was. I will admit going into the MK show of Goldilocks I expected big things and I did think "can he be that good" - he was better than good. This man is a proper entertainer and old school entertainer who can connect with people of all ages and just shines on stage. He's now one of the last we have with this amazing skill and it's only correct that he enters the PANTO HALL OF FAME!
