interview that he would love
to play a panto baddie one day! Boooooo!
We'd love it!
My attention was brought to Andrew Ryan in Christmas 2015 (well February 2026 - as the
run goes on so long) and a production of ROBIN HOOD. I saw before my eyes a Dame who
could command the stage and was spot on with the time. After that performance I saw a video
of Andrew showing us all behind the scenes - and how some of his costume had to fly in the
wings during the show because they were so big. Amazing to see and enjoy!
I was then lucky enough to meet Andrew in person and he didn't disappoint. A kind gentleman with lots of time to give and share stories with everyone. A true working dame we're lucky to still have on stage each year.
